All rooms have high ceilings, ceiling fans & screened windows. Units are second story, feature roomy shaded porches facing north, and are surrounded by large yard with lots of shade trees. Maid service once per week, no need to tidy up before checkout.

Transportation: We can arrange for a taxi to greet you at either Tortola's Beef Island Airport or the West End Ferry Terminal, if you are flying into St. Thomas, USVI. We are also happy to arrange for you a rental vehicle. (Transportation fees are the responsibility of our guests.)

For an extra $300.00 per week, you can have the use of Marilyn, our new 4 wheel drive SUV.

Reservations: A deposit is required within one week in order to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For Cancellations outside 45 days prior to arrival 75% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
